Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or carrier delays, shipment processing may take longer. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone with an update.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

EvenKeel currently ships to:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier volume, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your package has been shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

EvenKeel LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or local taxes that may apply to your order. All such fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Currently, we do not ship internationally outside of the U.S. and U.S. Territories.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

EvenKeel LLC is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Be sure to:

  • Save all packaging materials and damaged items
  • Retain tracking information
  • Provide photo evidence if requested by the carrier

We’ll assist where possible to help expedite the claim process.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At EvenKeel, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer a FREE 30-day return period on all full-price orders placed on EvenKeelGear.com.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the original purchase date

Items returned in less than 100% resalable condition may incur a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • A credit memo will be emailed as proof of refund
  • Please allow up to 30 days for your credit to post, depending on your bank or card issuer

Original expedited or express shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

All exchanges are processed as a refund to your original payment method.
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please place a new order once your refund has been issued.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
EvenKeelGear.com is not responsible for lost or untracked return packages. Please retain all tracking information until your return has been processed.
